It all begins with a completely free rental valuation. Once we learn more about your property, you can choose your preferred package and explore optional add-ons to enhance your listing. We’ll then handle the details if needed — such as arranging an EPC, Gas Certificate, or Electrical Installation Condition Report.
Next comes payment — but you’ll only pay upfront if you’ve selected add-ons. Otherwise, payment is made once your tenant moves in (no hidden fees, ever!). After that, you’ll answer a few compliance questions, we’ll complete an anti-money laundering check, and your property will be ready to hit the market. Your local expert will guide you through every step — and remember, there’s no such thing as a silly question!
