Next comes payment — but you’ll only pay upfront if you’ve selected add-ons. Otherwise, payment is made once your tenant moves in (no hidden fees, ever!). After that, you’ll answer a few compliance questions, we’ll complete an anti-money laundering check, and your property will be ready to hit the market.
